PRIVACY POLICY

SpeekZone ("we", "our", "us"), operated by HOODSTAR ENT LLC / HSW365Media, is committed to protecting your privacy. SpeekZone is a live voice community app — this policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, username, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text)
• Profile data: bio, avatar, and content you post — audio/video clips, room names and topics
• Microphone access: used only while you're actively speaking in a live voice room; we don't record or access your microphone in the background
• Camera and photo library access: used only when you choose to take or select a profile photo or share media — never accessed without your action
• Usage data: rooms joined/hosted, clips posted, gifts sent/received, app interactions
• Device information: device type, OS version, app version
• Payment data: subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple In-App Purchase (via RevenueCat for entitlement management) — we never see your card details

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve SpeekZone
• To connect you with other users through rooms, follows, and messages
• To send you notifications about your account and activity
• To display analytics on your content's performance (verified accounts)
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and maintain platform security

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Apple and RevenueCat — solely to process and validate subscription purchases
• Cloud infrastructure providers (servers, storage) under confidentiality agreements
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

Apple In-App Purchases

All subscription payments are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of successful purchases and your subscription status but never your payment card details. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: go to your Profile, tap the menu icon, and select "Delete Account." This is immediate and permanent. You can also request deletion by emailing hsw365media@gmail.com.

Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts and their data are removed immediately upon in-app deletion.

Your Rights

• Access or export your data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data, in-app or by request
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Children

SpeekZone is rated 17+ and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
